Refund Policy

At Gen Propel, I am fully committed to delivering a high-quality experience through the Expat Job Search Accelerator. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I want you to feel confident and secure in your investment.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

I offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on the coaching program. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience from participating in the program, you may request a refund within 12 weeks of your enrollment.

Refund Eligibility
  • Time frame: The refund request must be submitted within the 12-week duration of our coaching engagement. Requests made after the completion of the 12 weeks will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Participation: Client must demonstrate active participation in the coaching program. This includes attending scheduled sessions, completing assigned tasks, and engaging in reflective practices as recommended by the Consultant.
  • Feedback: Client is encouraged to provide feedback throughout the coaching program. If dissatisfaction arises, Client is expected to communicate their concerns during the coaching program to allow the opportunity for adjustments and improvements.
Limitations
  • Outcome guarantees: While I guarantee your satisfaction with the coaching program, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Achieving desired outcomes is influenced by various external factors beyond the control of Consultant, including but not limited to the Client’s actions, market conditions, and external circumstances.
  • Process over outcomes: My refund policy emphasizes satisfaction with the quality of the coaching program rather than specific outcomes. I believe in the transformative power of coaching and commit to providing professional guidance and support throughout our engagement.
Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Notification: Notify me of your desire for a refund by emailing chiara@chiaracokieng.com within the 12-week coaching program.
  2. Reason: Provide a brief explanation of why you are not satisfied with the coaching services, including any specific areas of concern.
  3. Review: Upon receiving your refund request, I will review your participation and engagement with the coaching program.

Resolution: I aim to resolve refund requests within ten (10) business days, during which I may reach out for further discussion or clarification. This period excludes the processing time of third-party financial partners handling the refund.
